The price will vary based on the size of the home and other factors. An exact fee will be quoted when you call. Beware of low-cost inspection. Like all industries, you can find someone who will do a cheap inspection, but will he be around next month? Because the home purchase is such an important investment, saving a little money on a cheap inspection is generally not a wise move. Most Real Estate Professionals will recommend that you at least hire a competitively priced Home Inspector.
