My Qualifications
I have many years in the building inspection field as an Engineer with a major industry. I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I have passed NACHI’s Inspection and Standards of Practice Examination. I abide by NACHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I fulfill 18 hours of continuing Education every year. I own and use high-tech equipment such as Gas Leak Detector and Moisture Test Meter. I am available on most weekends and holidays.
