Wayne is VERY thorough in his inspection. I used him for a new construction inspection prior to closing, and he found issues that were totally transparent to me...particularly with the roof. He saved me from future problems and expenses that may have fallen on my shoulders post-warranty. He also did a re-inspection following the builder's repairs. Thank you, Wayne!

Wayne was so professional and knowledgeable during our home inspection. Wayne did a thorough, detailed inspection of our new home from top to bottom. He then gave us an almost 40 page piece by piece report of his findings printed out with full explanations on the spot complete with high quality pictures! The full inspection report with pictures and videos was also available to us online within a day of the inspection. We were so impressed! Wayne also set down with us to walk us through the inspection report to make sure we understood everything, give us his recommendations and answered all of our questions.

Wow. Talk about detail oriented. I sincerely appreciate the detail and quality Wayne demonstrates in his inspections. The normal person is unable to know to look for the items a trained inspector does and Wayne was able to identify numerous items that required repair prior to closing and taking ownership of the new house.

I did not expect the incredible amount of detail Wayne gave. I thought we would get a stapled report in a few days. Instead, he had a detailed color report in a 3-ring binder he printed from his vehicle, and he spent over 30 minutes describing what he found on the house the same day of the inspection. Wonderful!
