I’m Absolutely satisfied with Carlos inspection he took he takes his time and noticed several things that we as first time home buyers ?? don’t see.. the report really goes into detail and they show pictures and they just make it easier and less overwhelming with the way they present it to you. I'm so grateful for Carlos. The previous interested buyers had paid for an inspection. We almost went with that to make our decision to purchase but we had a lot of questions about what was actually fixed; and there was a lot not discovered.
