Chris and his wife Doree came recommended in a local community group on social media. The inspection report was very detailed, thorough, color coded, and easy to interpret. I saw that the inspection of the small condo took several hours and the inspector went above and beyond to make sure every item that was included in the cost was in the report. He even saw that paint was used to cover something and scraped off a few flakes to see what was under it.
