Curtis is very experienced, and takes his time to go through the entire house with you, not only mentions any defects found, but possible future issues which may occur down the road. Very thorough, identifying major and minor deficiencies in the older home, without exaggerating the problem. Throughout the process we talked about how the problems can be fixed with small or larger budgets. Overall a positive experience. Upon completion you recieve a lovely binder with an extensive report to keep for your records, as well as tons of digital pictures taken of various aspects of the house.
