Carl was kind and professional. He went through every inch of the house; if there was a leak he found it, chipped paint he found it, a crack in the step..He found it! He was incredibly detailed and gave me a 38 page inspection, which allowed me to go into my loan with an extreme amount of confidence and comfort!
