Chris is your guy!! We asked our realtor for an inspector that would go in and not let anything slip by the waist side - to let us know FULLY what we are wanting to purchase is a safe buy. It’s very hard to judge the work when knowing next to nothing about building codes and best practices during construction. Having said that, the inspection appeared to be detailed, and pointed out areas of concern in a list along with photos. The inspection report was available later on the day it was performed, allowing us to inform the builder of our requests before the foundation is poured. We are very satisfied with the inspection.
