I have contracted different inspectors for several residential home inspections in south jersey and Chris has been the best. Chris is completely thorough, punctual, and a great communicator. He clearly loves his work, after so many years in this line of business he was still eager to jump out on the roof and crawl around in a crawl space. I am confident that every corner of my home was evaluated with a keen and scrutinizing eye. With other inspectors I got the impression they were in a rush to find something in order to proof the value of the home buyers inspection. Then once they did find something, they felt their job was complete and they couldn't be bothered. This is not Chris at all! Chris took his time, was very up front and honest, and answered all my questions concisely. The report was very easy to read and understand. Chris also offered to keep the dialogue open as If I had any more questions as I went through a repair checklist. I highly recommend and will be using his services again if and when I need them.
