Besides doing the normal required inspection he looks for other items of concern and makes recommendations on what you should do to rectify them. He was in no rush and took his time to explain everything in detail even recommending what products to use if you want to make repairs yourself or what to ask contractors if you go that route. Charles was very thorough and produced a detailed, legible and well documented report. It was very helpful to us as individuals out of state to have a very clear picture of the status of the home. We also greatly appreciated Charles noting even very minor issues so that we were aware of small things that would benefit from attention. While there were only 2 items of somewhat greater significance, in both cases these were noted again at the end of the inspection report and enabled us to do successful follow-up with the sellers to have remediation done before closing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charles to do home inspections for others.
