Tom, I have given our new home's inspection work to Tom. He has spent almost 2.5 hours at our home and done his work very professionally. He has seen each and each minute points and details at home and taken pictures of each location to put in his inspection report. He has written very detailed report which will help the builder to fix the open items. Even after fixing the open items by the builder, I have requested Tom to revisit and verify that whether the work is completed by the builder as per his expectations or not.
