Mr. Clayton performed far beyond our expectations. On the initial phone call, he explained much of what he was going to do, and when he arrived he gave another summary of what he would be doing. He was thoroughly professional and attentive to our situation (we are totally living all-over our house, we had 3 repairmen here and 3 of us residents working at home). It appeared to be NO WORRIES for Mr. Clayton. He quickly moved throughout the house with competency and ease, keeping us informed, as needed. His skill and passion for performing this job gave us great comfort. His end of inspection presentation was full of facts and recommendations just re-assured us that we had chosen the right inspector for this job. His detailed report is well annotated and clear. We have never been so at ease with hearing that "repair is needed." Again, Mr. Clayton performed far beyond our expectations. His work was EXCELLENT!

This inspector missed several key things that will cost a lot to fix and now we are seeking legal recourse. Its like he rushed thru the job. Now after the fact he cockily states he has never been sued and is untouchable. I guess time will tell.
