David Locandro performed a thorough home inspection, as contracted, on a property I am in the process of buying. Throughout the entire process, Dave has been extremely helpful and professional. He was simply amazing. Best money we could have spent! We would recommend him to anyone buying a house. He spend over 4 hours going over every inch of the house.
