Scott did an excellent job with the inspection of our potential property. Scott is very informative and educational. The amount of detail allowed me to make decisions on what needs to be repaired and some of the things in which I shouldn't be overly concerned. Scott is extremely professional to the homeowner and client. The turnaround time between when Scott completes the inspection and upload it for the buyer in less than 12 hours. The Seller only wanted to give us a 5 Day Option Period. Scott was extremely flexible to get the inspection completed within two days so that we would have ample time to review the inspection and request the needed repairs. I met Scott after he was referred by our realtor, for the purpose of conducting a independent inspection on a new construction home.
He was very friendly and professional from the beginning. He walked us through each and every item he had found in our house. Scott Hoenig ALWAYS does excellent work. He's timely, thorough, and professional. In addition, he's very personable and easy to talk to. He tells you what he's going to do when he arrives, and when he's finished, he shows you and tells you what he found, and then he has your report to you that same evening. I have used him three times, for three different homes, and I will continue to use him when I need a home inspection. I'm going to refer him to my daughter for her inspection at the 10-month warranty point as well!

He was timely, respectful of the seller's property (took shoes off as ensure he didn't get anything dirty) and answered all our questions thoroughly. Most importantly, he was detailed!! He also took time to listen to a few concerns we had and addressed them to us, no matter how insignificant to his report.
He didn't seem rushed, walked us over to each point he was going to include in his report, and fully explained everything at the end. Then we got the full written report in email in less than 5 hours after the inspection.
He had references ready in case we needed (for example foundation company to further inspect).
