Incredible work; I can't thank you enough for taking the time and effort to find all the flaws of the home, staying unbiased in your review, and for an incredible walk-through of every issue on our Zoom call.
One suggestion from a nerd would be to test out Polycam on your phone and see if you could host 3D renderings of homes for people to view after the review.

Mr. Eli Childers was the absolute best during the inspection of my home for purchase. He arrive early and was very, very professional, polite and explained everything once he finish the inspection.
