I have over 30 years of Actual Building Trades Experiance and Along with being a Certified Professional Home Inspector I perform a Inspection based on Actual Building Industry Knowledge and training.  The Inspection Report I deliver is Interactive and can be used to develope a Repair List if needed. This saves time from typing a repair request and attaching copies of a report to the request.
