I found him through a recommendation from a family member. He evaluated a home I was looking into purchasing. Though the home was beautiful, he found problems, both cosmetic and structural that were ultimately the deal breaker. Everyone agreed if it weren't for him there would have continued structural problems that neither the buyer or the seller would have known about. His work even had the selling agent asking for his credentials. "Felix"... not your average inspector
