Steve was amazing! Extremely knowledgable and pays very close attention to detail. He took his time and did not rush the process at all. He made sure to answer any questions I had and took his time explaining everything he found. As a first time homebuyer, I had a TON of questions, some unrelated to the inspection. Steve didn't mind all of the questions and answered everything I asked. He even gave me a book about being a first time homebuyer to help answer my questions once I'm all moved in!
