Gerard is great at what he does. With over 30 years experience as a carpenter, he knows how many different things should be built, so it’s easy for him to inspect something in the house and easily tell me what’s wrong with it And why in detail. Meaning he tells me what problems can arise and how would they affect the home during the different seasons if it isn’t corrected. He gave a lot of insight on the inter workings of many things I need to know as a new home owner while meticulously breaking down to me the problems with water damage, windows, insulation, siding, electrical and more! I didn’t feel like I was just giving my money And going about my day. I really got a great in depth inspection and great knowledge that me and Gerard will continue to exchange.

Gerard was able to come out on short notice and walked us through everything wrong with the home. As first time homebuyers Gerard helped us feel at ease throughout the entire process.
