Garrett is extremely detail oriented in every aspect. He is objective in his reporting style, careful to give sufficient detail and appropriate solutions. Garrett is sensitive to the homebuyers journey and takes time to walk through the property giving visual explanations, and moderating the level of importance each item may have in the overall scheme of a home. I appreciate his approach to the client "if this is something you can not correct yourself, ask for it. If you have the ability to fix it, then move in and fix it" . This sets the tone for requesting repairs and replacement it helps the client focus on the big stuff. The quality is fantastic and the service is over the top!
