He was soo helpful. Very thorough and spoke plainly so I could understand (I’m not a handy person). It was also helpful the items he reported in person and on the report that weren’t issues with the home, but things I should be aware of. Location of things, old casings for previous units, etc. I don’t feel like he was overly picky, but doesn’t leave me without knowing items to consider correcting after I purchase the home (like security screws in exterior doors). I definitely recommend George Longo. I’m sure there are other qualified inspectors but I trust his work 1,000% and will recommend him to everyone I know.
