First, when I called to schedule an inspection date, I gave less than a week notice and they were still available to come out and do the inspection.
The report was very concise, organized and easy to follow, with great photographs. Each time I called with a question Bob either answered his phone or called me back within five minutes. I would definitely recommend this company and use them myself again if needed.

As a first-time homebuyer and he explained everything that was going on. If there was something of concern he would tell you about it. He would take you to wherever something that he thought needed to be brought to my attention. Full in-depth report was a plus.
