Jason performed the inspection on the first house we were seriously considering. Jason is super friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable. I was able to speak with him comfortably about a lot of things I saw and things he pointed out to me. He took the time to explain the items, considerations I should make, the potential severity and impacts of things on the inspection. We opted out of that purchase in large part because the inspection process highlighted the investment were actually about to make in comparison to the one we thought we were making. That is why we have asked Jason to inspect the house we have an offer in on now!
