I can't tell you how happy I was to find Mr. Huggins on the internet. I explained to Mr. Huggins that I was purchasing a property in Florida but I wouldn't be present for the inspection since I was in NY. I was very nervous but he was very thorough in explaining the process and the report I would receive via email. I explained my main concerns on the unit and he really assured me that he would check everything and he did. I was pleased that he was honest with me and in his report, he addressed any issues the unit needed a repair on. I got this report that informed me about things I would have even asked questions about. Then a follow up thank you with a to do list in the unit as a recommendation!
