Possible reasons you are seeing this page:

The user used to have a company profile, but it is inactive.
The user is brand new and isn't getting displayed yet.
The user registered for a HomeGauge account but never activated their Company Profile

What you can do:

Contact HomeGauge and tell us so we can contact the user
Contact the user directly if you have their information and tell them that their Company Profile is inactive
