Paul did an excellent job under adverse conditions. On top of dealing with the recent snow-storm and frigid temps the house being inspected was cluttered with the sellers personal effects. Paul took his time examining the house, section by section, then reviewed his findings with us at regular intervals. No doubt that you are the best in your field. You are extremely thorough, with a wide range of knowledge, but most importantly you have the "bedside manner" which is most appreciated by realtors.
