Jessica was Amazing!! She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient with our inspection. She went through everything you can in a home on the inside and outside, areas you would not even want to look at all for yourself, she made sure not to miss! She made sure to address all my questions and concerns about every part of the house and even questions that were outside of the inspection, she would take the time to answer everything, which really meant a lot. Even after the inspection she provided us with her direct information making sure that if we ever came across anything after closing that we would still be able to call/email and she would be there for us. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an intelligent inspector that really looks out for your best interest making sure to catch every detail of the property you are trying to purchase!

Jessica was great. She came over and immediately jumped right into our inspection. She was extremely knowledgable and exceeded our expectations for this inspection. We had a condo inspected and she still inspected the outdoors even though the condo association will be responsible for this. She explained that outdoor damage could raise our COA fees. I appreciated this. She also showed me around the furnace room and I now know more about what's in that room than ever before. Money well spent. I would definitely recommend Jessica.
