Kevin did an outstanding job completing my home inspection. As my home was a new construction, I was hesitant to personally hire a home inspector, but the job Kevin performed was outstanding! His reported was able to locate many items which would have gone unnoticed if not for his inspection. Kevin was professional and courteous providing a quick turn-around to receive the report. In addition, the separate summary report (which I forwarded directly to my builder) was helpful. Our house inspection with Kevin was the best experience that we've had since we first committed to buying a house! We are in the process of buying our first home, and we decided to go with new construction. I was excited when I came across Kevin because he was very professional, and he had a great background (even NYPD, which, as a paramedic, I could really appreciate). The inspection went great and of coarse we had an unreasonable amount of questions. But Kevin took the time to answer them, and explain the 'how' and 'why' behind them. Kevin did a very thorough job inspecting our new home. He took the time to explain everything he found and even suggested ways that we could maintain the house properly after moving in.
