What my wife and I liked the most with Jason, was that he took time to listen our concerns before he started. Once we voiced our concerns and past problems with our new build, he offered detailed specifications and gave examples/comparisons as to how the building process goes and if the builder was correct or incorrect in their explanations. Jason was very thorough in explaining the inspection done on a home that I am interested in purchasing. I appreciated that he gave me recommendations on what to do for each item that needed repairs and went above and beyond in making sure I understood each point of his report. He is very detail oriented and even went the “extra mile” to recommend the “little things” (which in turn were very meaningful to me) like what type of smoke alarms I should buy for the home. He was very straightforward, trustworthy, and was able to set up an appointment the next day after I inquired. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
