The inspector was very respectable and professional.
1. After he finished and was going to speak to us I had noticed a recessed light without a bulb. I asked if he checked to see if it was functional and he mentioned it didn't have a bulb, I asked could he use a bulb from another light to test it. I should not have had to ask this simple solution.
2. He stated he could not check ceiling fan in Master bedroom because their was no "pull chain" Yet upon inspection we found a short one on the fan and he then checked it.
3. My biggest concern that made me concerned on the depth and accuracy of the inspection was as he was leaving he mentioned "oh my the way" there is a leak at the washer hookup; might need valves changed."
We looked at it and called him over and asked if he checked for drywall dampness, we pointed out the water around the base board and drywall dampness and damage. That is when he checked it.
These may sound minor but when added up it questions if inspection was preformed thoroughly.

Larry Perna and Dustin Gooch did an excellent job inspecting the property we were looking to purchase. The inspection lasted 2 to 3 hours. Dustin went on the roof. Larry walked around inside the house with a thermal imaging camera to determine whether there were any leaks. They both examined every visible system and structure inside and outside of the house. We received a very detailed and thorough report in our email afterwards, within 24 hours of the inspection. The full report was over 100 pages long and contained many photographs with descriptions. There was also a shorter summary section, also with photographs, which focused on the problems that they found and suggested solutions. This was a very thorough inspection. I highly recommend Bridge Home Inspection.
