Michael showed up with his assistant and immediately introduced himself using eye to eye contact and a firm handshake. Much appreciated. Mike explained his inspection process before he got began working. I used a different inspection company a couple months ago so I was aware of the
inspection process and I felt pretty confident he would do his job well.
The very next day I had my full reports along with all the images in my email. Super fast turn around time. That in itself deserves a good recommendation.

I was very impressed with Michael's attention to detail as he performed the home inspection for the property we put a contract on. If it wasn't for his expertise and attention to detail, the damaged sub siding of the home may otherwise not have been discovered, along with other areas that needed attention or repair before purchase.
He was very patient with me as I followed him around and questioned him during the inspection. He was very informative and able to answer my questions in a manner that I was able to understand -- no tech talk that would be over my head!
I definitely recommend him to perform a home inspection prior to purchase and we're actually thinking of using him to inspect our current home prior to putting on the market just so we are better prepared.
