This is the third home we have purchased, and Mike is by far the most knowledgable Home Inspector we have worked with. He is friendly, and takes the time to explain, in layman's terms what, and why, he is inspecting. As we moved to Colorado from out of state, Mike took the time to explain the climate, soil conditions, and current building codes, recommending that we ask the previous owners for advice on items like the sprinkler times and duration.

I loved working with Mike. He did three inspections for me. Each time, he took the time to come to my work since I couldn't be there for the inspections and explain his findings to me and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated his very practical suggestions for addressing the issues on the reports and calling my attention to the significant findings (a report I received from a different agency suggested "call a licensed contractor for further evaluation and repair" for every single item they noted. It was nearly useless in that it didn't differentiate between significant issues and minor issues). I found Mike's report to be far more useful.

This is the first time, that I have had to have this done. This company was golden. I told him I was hard of hearing. He spoke louder for me, he made sure that I understood what he was doing and why. He pointed out, fixtures that I would not of thought of looking at. He made me feel like family, as if he was inspecting the house for himself. What he would look for. I left the house feeling the house is safe as can be. Or he wrote it up to have it taken care of. Great service, I would recommend Mike and this company for everyone.
