Mark and James did an outstanding job with my condo inspection. As a first time home buyer I have not had an inspection before, and they did a fantastic job explaining what they were looking for, answering my questions, and clearly pointing out recommendations. The report was generated immediately, is very clear, easy to understand, and has pictures to both highlight recommended fixes as well as things I would need to know as the homeowner (e.g. where water shut off valves are). Highly recommended.
