Mark is super thorough and always professional. My buyer use to do contractor work and is super observant, detailed oriented and knowledgeable when it comes to construction stuff. He noticed things around the home and wanted to see if Mark was going to catch them and he did. My buyer's only response was, "you were right Mark does catch everything and he is very detailed. I thought he was going to miss most of the stuff but he didn't . I wish we would have had him as an inspector when we bought our first home."
