Paul provided a full inspection of my home....he was thorough, he took his time to do the job right....vs. 'just meet a schedule'. I was looking for someone who could explain differences in codes (evolution) since this home was built. It set the groundwork for priorities and for what I need to budget for and address. It was a hot day....and he was still on my roof without reservation in 105 degree weather. He looked for everything....he answered my questions.....and then provided a report within nearly a day around a holiday! After interviewing 3 inspectors, he was the right choice based on his knowledge....and you can tell he trains everyone else. It was like having Mike Holmes (of Holmes Makes it Right)....with an eye, sound experience and an engineering background.....to sort things out. Excellent....I would refer him with a glowing recommendation and absolutely no reservation. If you can find a gap in his schedule...you want this guy!!

Paul Stokle conducted a thorough inspection of an older home which had not been lived in for a year. He provided commentary as he worked, answered questions about systems, and explained his findings. Though the inspection lasted longer than planned, he insisted on providing a verbal summary. Paul explained the use of his online reports (which we found easy to use).
