I am purchasing this dwelling in Cloverleaf Farms remotely from Ohio. I wasn't aware that there was any sort of mandatory inspection that would occur after I made final payment for the dwelling, perhaps I missed this step in the many email and texts I received from the realtor or perhaps not. In any case I received an email stating that an inspection which I did not agree to or have knowledge of was complete and it was suggested that I quickly pay the inspection fee in order to release the inspection report to the realtor so that the closing can occur. I made the payment to hopefully end this transaction but I cannot highly rate a service which I have little knowledge about, I'm sure the inspector is competent and trust worthy but it's difficult to verify that 1046 miles away.

I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism. He was punctual for our appointment. Josh work display is very professional. He showed that he knew what he was doing and only asked me very specific or pertinent questions as to where and what should his inspection entails. He also showed that he loves and take pride in his job which is a rarity for most professionals these days. I was initially hesitant to use Josh because he was not the first hit / selection when I did my Google search for Home Inspector in the local area. I also like the fact that unlike the other companies which went to voice mail or answering services, Josh actual answered the phone on my initial call. he follows up by conveying pertinent information to me before our actual appointment. His final report was very impressive: adequate photos as well as suggestions for repairs or improvements for the areas inspected. Cons: My only dissatisfaction is that some of the labels or notes did not line up with the appropriate pictures when they were printed. I think that Josh and his company should be the first and only source when you need any home inspection done for whatever reason you may need one to be done.
