I needed two separate home inspections very quickly and Rick accommodated my deadlines. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge. He conducted thorough interior & exterior inspections; answered my questions in layman's terms; gave clear explanations and provided computer-generated summary reports later the same day as promised. Items in need of repair or remedy were typed in red font which made for quick & easy reference along with photos with red arrows pointing out the specific problem areas.
