Rual was very thorough with his inspection and picked up many issues (some very big, others small but add up) that I didn't know upon my veiwing. Raul was highly recommended to us by our realtor. The property he was inspecting was in Revelstoke and he had to travel through a snow blizzard from Vernon to inspect it. I was a bit nervous about using someone from out of town, but that was completely unfounded. Raul is an absolute professional and a master at what he does. He spent the whole morning crawling through the floorspace, climbing on the roof, meticulously inspecting the appliances, and so much more! And it was snowing the whole time! Raul spent almost an hour walking my partner and I around the property and explaining his findings in a way that we could understand.
