Wow - nothing negative at all to say about Scott. He was punctual, a very responsive communicator via email or text. Not knowing if we were going to actually need to hire him which he knew, he still took the time to help us understand a sticky situation we were in with a row house in DC that our daughter took occupancy of at the beginning of the month. Our first day on the property we saw so many things wrong with the place. Once we finally decided to hire Scott, he came out and inspected asap. His list not only included the problems we first noticed, but also identified 3 times more things than we did. Despite indoor temps in the high 80's because we didn't have the AC on when we met him at the house) he still worked very efficiently and was super thorough.
