I am a first time homebuyer and was very grateful to work with Mr. Faison and Mr. Faison Jr for my home inspection. They were prompt, personable, effective, and very knowledgeable. We made sure to look at every corner of the property and the Faison team took care to make sure that I felt comfortable with everything with the status of the property and fully understood everything that we reviewed. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated that they not only pointed out more substantial issues, but also provided recommendations about recommended upkeep for the property and recommendations for minor things that I would want to consider addressing in the next year, 5 years, and 10 years, gave me estimates of those costs, and offered to speak directly with contractors in the future. They were also able to point out improvements to the property that were functionable and 'livable' but that were a little amateur in nature, which is something I would have never been able to tell myself. I would definitely use F.A.C.E.S. again and would recommend them highly.

I used Mr. Sheldon Faison and company for a home inspection. As a first time home buyer, I had little to no idea what to expect from a home inspection, but it was a great learning experience. I learned the ins and outs of my new home, things I knew nothing about he explained them to me in the most simplist way that i could easily comprehend. When I say I learned a lot, I learned a lot, about mold, windows, sump pumps, smoke detectors, granite tops and the list goes on and on.
