I am so glad I chose Stephen & Son Home Inspection Services. Steve was extremely thorough with his inspection all the way down to a missing bolt on the pull down attic. His report was extremely detailed and had excellent pictures. I was able to negotiate repairs with the sellers based off the home inspection. In addition, Steve was very personable and took the time to answer any questions I had.
