Stanton is a wonderful inspector. He explains things clearly, never gets frustrated by lots of questions. He is always calm and does not alarm buyers or sellers with his findings no matter what he finds. He always tells the buyer or seller they must decide on their next steps. Fantastic! Painstaking, thorough, professional, patient w/questions, answers in layman's language! this was a VERY complicated inspection of an old home w/eccentric updates and work-arounds. It took 4 hours, and Stanton covered everything my buyers were concerned about.
