With over 30 years of experience in the maintenance industry, and 10 years in the residential and commercial fields, I look forward to inspecting your property in a professional manner as I would inspect my own home.  Having hands on approach in the repair industry and now in the inspection field, I believe I have the skills to give you the best inspection possible and the best value for your money.

Certified by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. 30 years maintenance experience.

State licensed and certified. Evening and weekend appointments available, Full inspections include a warranty, Recall Check on your major built in appliances, and a home energy report. Termite inspections and radon gas testing available.
