I highly recommend Tim Harsh as your next home inspection pro. He goes above and beyond the normal inspection process and you will be pleased with the results. He uses a drone to check for broken roof tiles instead of breaking roof tiles by walking on it. He uses Lidar technology to check for water damage. He takes great photos and is very thorough with the entire inspection process. His website that homebuyers will use for correspondence is so user friendly you will be amazed! I have never had an inspector as thorough as Tim Harsh. Everything thing inspected was given an explanation and a resolution. I was so impressed with the safety concerns addressed and and specifically stating that a qualified licensed person should investigate the concerns presented. That meant a lot. Closing on my first home end of the week. Had lots of anxiety about something going wrong or not seeing damage to home. Inspection report
was very thorough which included details/recommendation for just about anything you can think of. Had photos and explanations of what you were looking at, what it's intended to do and why it's important to repair. They even showed me positive things I didn't even know I was getting with the home. Also made repair request less of a pain since they found any flaws or necessary repairs for me before my final walk through, not that I would of found most of them in a quick walk through.
