Torrey McLean answered my call promptly as I was looking for inspectors. In fact he was the only one to do so. He was able to schedule the inspection in a timely manner. Torrey was available and scheduled me quickly. There was some confusion regarding a walk through after inspection. Also, the inspection seemed more focused on the main house, but the property has two houses, both needing adequate inspection. Overall, I feel this was an unusual property, with a more unique request than a standard home, and I would totally use him again.

We use Torrey exclusively for our buyers inspection. Not only is he knowledgable and thorough, we get a completed inspection, including photos by the end of the same day of inspection. This is a HUGE plus, as sometimes an inspection notice is needed as soon as the inspection is done. He also does Radon and Mold tests. We don't need to have to try coordinating multiple people for an inspection. Highly recommended! 10 stars from the Frye Team!
