Scott was great. He arrived at the property half an hour before our scheduled time and was able to inspect the exterior of the property before we even arrived there. Then he did a thorough inspection of the interior, and was able to find things we wouldn't have able to find otherwise. He gave us recommendations on how to fix the things that he found. Mr. Vesey arrived on time and was very professional in his process of evaluation of my single home. He pointed out by demonstration and verbal explanations the problems he observed. The the positive aspects were also pointed out for a balanced review. With the problematic issues he explained why it was problem, possible negative outcomes if not attended, and various remedies for the problems.
He was very personable, along with his sharing of his expertise. He also was a very good listener , asked pertinent questions, offered thoughtful comments and suggestions to help me me manage some of the process to best avoid any further damage .
