I cannot even relate just how thankful I am to Mr. Harrison for his services. He literally saved my family a huge amount of money and more importantly our safety. The owner/realtor of the home we were interested in was trying to rush a lease purchase on us with a large non refundable deposit. He kept telling us that no one did an inspection prior to a lease purchase and he misrepresented many facts about the home. The home inspection proved my concerns to be legit as Mr. Harrison showed me everything as he went through the home. He was very profession, polite, thorough, and seemed to really care about our safety. I will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to others.

Michael has completed about 5 home inspections for me, and this time was no different. When looking into purchasing a new home, there was NEVER a question in my mind of who would be performing the inspection for me. He was recommended by a friend over 5 years ago and has been one of the best recommendations I've found. If you want someone to come in and overlook everything on your house to tell you it will be a great buy, he's not your guy. Michael finds everything he possibly can that would affect your home down the road and lets you know. Some things you may not worry about, but at least you'll know!!!! I was very impressed with Michael Harrison. He was very knowledgeable about all of the areas of inspection. He was very thorough in evaluating every aspect of the house and included numerous pictures in his report so that I could see exactly what he was looking at and why it warranted our attention. We have used other inspectors when we purchased previous homes and none of them were as good as Michael. I would highly recommend him.

Michael is the "ONLY" Home Inspector I recommend to my clients. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the people he works knows as much about the home they are buying as he possibly can. He provides tips on how to fix things or gives direction to the client on what to look for in a solution to fix or repair a problem. Service like Michael provides is almost unheard of these days.
