THE best inspection I have ever experienced in Big Pine Key. Friendly, courteous and prompt. Appointment was the same day, and the inspection was thorough, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The detailed report was submitted to my insurance agent in less than 24 hours. Hans and his team were very responsive and quick to do an inspection on this home. The inspectors are so busy right now and it is a specialty home which makes finding an inspector even more difficult. The home is a log home. A member of Hans' team has owned log homes before and he is very familiar with some of the peculiarities of log homes.
