I really can't say enough good things about John at 20/20 Home Inspections. Admittedly, I am embarking on my first home-buying experience, so I am a little "green" when it comes to identifying important issues. I knew I needed to find a top-notch inspector to keep us out of trouble. Mr. Buckley arrived on time for our mold inspection. He listened carefully to my concerns and was thorough in examining every area I pointed out to him. In the process, he discovered problems that I did not know existed. He tested for mold spores in the air (inside and outside), swabbed for a culture and employed both infrared and moisture sensing tools to look for any ingress of water. He was very good about explaining every test and the reason for it. When he was finished, I felt my condo had had a thorough inspection.
