Kyle was pleasant to work with and gave us an onhand view of needed repairs. He made sure we understood any item that needed attention that may be hazardous such as electrical wireing that may cause a fire. He also pointed out items about windows that were non with in code but not required on the inspection. We are also using Kyle to inspect our present residence prior to listing and selling.
